International Shipping Policies

1. Coverage

1.1 For shipments within the entire United States, our online sales service is exclusively through sieteleguas.com
1.2 We ship directly to Mexico on our Mexican website: sieteleguas.mx
1.3 If you require shipping to another country or if you have any problems making a purchase on our website, please send an email to: soporte@sieteleguas.com

2.1 Economy Shipping to the entire United States costs $35 USD ; it is FREE for purchases of $150 USD or more. Estimated delivery time: 10 to 15 business days .
2.2 If you prefer UPS Express shipping with delivery times of 5 to 7 business days:
- 2.2.1 Cost of $45 USD on orders of $369 USD or less .
- 2.2.2 Cost of $55 USD on orders of $370 USD or more.

3.1 Orders received Monday to Friday before 1:30 pm will be processed and shipped to UPS the same day. UPS will process the package the following day as it is an international shipment.
3.2 Orders received after 1:30 pm will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
3.3 In case of an excessive number of orders or an extraordinary event, we will notify you by email of the new processing date.
3.4 If there is any discrepancy or correction to your order, you must communicate it immediately to our Customer Service. If the package is already in the delivery process, it cannot be modified or stopped.

4.1 All purchase orders made through sieteleguas.com will be delivered via UPS.
Estimated time: 10 to 15 business days (standard) or 5 to 7 business days (express) .
4.2 Delivery will be made to the address provided when confirming your order.
4.3 If UPS does not deliver to your location, the package will be deposited at the nearest UPS branch.
4.4 If no one is home during the 2 delivery attempts, the package will be held at the nearest UPS branch for 3 business days. If it is not claimed, it will be returned to our warehouse in Mexico and the purchase amount will be refunded, excluding the initial shipping cost.

5.1 UPS Economy Shipping: 10 to 15 business days (may be less in major cities).
5.2 UPS Express Shipping: 5 to 7 business days (may be less in major cities).
5.3 In the event of a contingency, national emergency, or extraordinary circumstances, delays may occur.
Cancellation: If you process the cancellation of your order while it is in transit, it may take 2 to 5 business days to register in the UPS system. You may still receive your order.
